Rule of thumb: sublimation is chemically limited to polyester in light colours (there's no white sublimation ink). DTF prints its own white underbase, so it works on cotton, blends and dark colours alike. HTV suits simple one/two-colour text. Tell us your process and we'll match you to the right stock.
Trade Pressing Notes
Cotton and poly-cotton blanks handle standard DTF/HTV press temperatures comfortably. On polyester, press cooler (typically ~130–145°C) to avoid scorching, and watch for dye migration on previously dyed poly — a lower temperature and a blocker sheet sorts borderline jobs. Always test-press one before running a batch.

Will they shrink? Higher-cotton blanks can shrink slightly on a first hot wash — advise end customers to wash cool, which also protects the print.
