No account to create, no cart to fill in, no confusing checkout. Just message us, tell us what you need, and we'll take it from there — personally, from start to finish.
Every message is answered by Shams or Rakha directly — not a chatbot, not a call centre. Between 9am and 9pm, WhatsApp replies typically land within 2 minutes and email replies within 5 minutes. Messages sent outside these hours will be answered as soon as we're back online.
- Get in touch. Message us on WhatsApp, email, or call — tell us what you're after and roughly when you need it by.
- Send us your design. We work from artwork you provide, as a PNG or PDF. We don't design from scratch, but we'll make minor adjustments on our side — resizing, small text or layout tweaks — to get it print-ready.
- We quote you and take payment. Once we've confirmed the details, we'll agree a price and take full payment before moving to the mockup stage.
- We send your mockup. Once payment is received, we prepare and send you a mockup of exactly how your order will look.
- You approve or request changes. If it's not quite right, tell us and we'll send a revised mockup — up to 5 rounds. Beyond that, if it's clear an order needs disproportionate back-and-forth relative to its size, we may ask you to approve as-is or discuss options, rather than continuing indefinitely.
- We print and dispatch. Once you've approved your mockup and confirmed the order terms, we move straight to printing and dispatch for delivery.
- Next-day delivery UK-wide once your mockup is approved — but timing depends on approval. As a rough guide, mockups approved by early-to-mid afternoon (around 4pm) give us the best chance of dispatching for next-day delivery. If approval comes later in the day, or after several rounds of changes, next-day delivery may not be possible, and that's simply a matter of production and courier cut-off times.
- Same-day delivery may be available in some cases depending on your location, order, and how early you get in touch — message us if you're on a tight deadline.
- Local collection is available from our Enfield (EN3) and East London (E14) locations, if you'd prefer to collect in person.
Once your order has been dispatched on time by us, it's in the hands of the courier. If a parcel is delayed or lost after dispatch, we'll raise the issue with the courier on your behalf — but we aren't liable for delays or losses once an order has left us on schedule. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, we may ask you to raise the matter directly with the courier company, since they're best placed to investigate what happened in transit.
We take real care with every order, but it's worth setting honest expectations: printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on a screen, and while we align designs as precisely as possible, exact pixel-perfect alignment on every product and material isn't guaranteed. If something looks genuinely wrong once you receive it, message us and we'll sort it out.
Because every order is personalised and made specifically for you, items can't be returned simply because you've changed your mind — this is standard for custom-made goods under UK consumer law. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or genuinely not as approved in your mockup, message us straight away and we'll put it right.
If you approve your mockup later than expected — for example, after several rounds of changes or later in the day — and this means we can no longer meet your original delivery date, please note that cancelling the order at that point isn't the same as cancelling before any work has been done. By the time a mockup has been approved, real time has gone into producing and adjusting your proof, and that work isn't provided free of charge. In this situation, a cancellation will be subject to a 50% deduction from your total payment to cover the design time already spent, rather than a full refund.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Everything is handled directly through WhatsApp, email, or a phone call — no account, no cart, no checkout required.
Do you design my artwork for me?
We work from a design you provide, sent as a PNG or PDF. We'll make minor adjustments on our side, such as resizing or small text tweaks, but we don't create designs from scratch.
When do I pay?
We take full payment once your quote is confirmed, before we prepare your mockup.
Can I see a mockup before it's printed?
Yes. Once payment is received, we send a mockup for your approval. If changes are needed, we'll revise it — up to 5 rounds — before printing goes ahead.
Do you deliver UK-wide?
Yes, we deliver next-day anywhere in the UK once your mockup is approved.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
In some cases, yes — it depends on your location, order, and how early in the day you get in touch. Message us straight away if you're on a tight deadline and we'll always try to find a solution, though we can't guarantee same-day for every order.
Can I collect my order in person instead?
Yes. Collection is available from our Enfield (EN3) and East London (E14) locations — just let us know when you get in touch.
What happens if I approve my mockup late and then want to cancel because delivery won't arrive in time?
By the point a mockup has been approved, we've already put real time into designing and adjusting your proof, which isn't provided free of charge. If you choose to cancel because a late approval means we can no longer meet your original delivery date, a 50% deduction will apply to cover the work already completed, rather than a full refund.
What if my parcel is lost or arrives late after you've dispatched it?
Once we've dispatched your order on time, it's in the courier's hands. We'll raise any delivery issue with the courier on your behalf, but we aren't liable for delays or losses that happen after dispatch. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, we may ask you to contact the courier directly, as they're best placed to investigate what happened in transit.
