What we can print onto a rugby shirt
- Player name — printed in a curved or straight name-bar above the number, matching your kit's colours
- Squad number — front, back or both, in standard block numerals or a custom font
- Sponsor or club text — front-of-shirt sponsor lines, club initials, or a badge-style design if you don't have an official crest
- Captain's armband markers and small extras on request

Sending us your shirts, or ordering blank kit
- Print onto your own kit: post your shirts to us (or drop off at our East London E14 collection point), tell us the names and numbers needed for each, and we'll print and return them.
- Order blank kit from us: we can supply plain shirts in your sizes and print them before despatch — one parcel, ready to hand out.
- Sizing: Kids 3-4 through 12-13, and Adult S through XXL. Send us a size list against player names and we'll match everything up.
How it works
- Send us your list. Player names, numbers and sizes — a spreadsheet, a photo of a notebook, or just a WhatsApp message, however you have it.
- We design a proof. One sample layout showing font, placement and colours, sent free before we print anything. We'll adjust it until you're happy.
- We print and deliver. Once approved, the full set is printed and despatched UK-wide via Evri.

Let us know your deadline when you message us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it and, where possible, prioritise your order — we'd rather be upfront about timing than promise something we can't deliver.
