Bulk T-Shirt Printing UK — Fast Turnaround, Tiered Pricing

Bulk T-Shirt Printing UK — Designed, Printed & Dispatched Fast

FabricForge prints bulk T-shirts in-house, from 1 unit upward, with production turned around in as little as 2 days — not the 3-4 week wait that imported bulk suppliers quote. Every shirt is printed, checked, and packed by our own team in London, then shipped UK-wide via Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Why FabricForge Bulk Is Different: We Actually Print It Ourselves

Most UK "bulk" T-shirt offers are really import arrangements — a supplier overseas prints your order and it lands 3-4 weeks later. That works if you're planning months ahead, but it's useless for a school that's finalised its leavers list in June, a charity confirming runner numbers three weeks before race day, or a business that's just signed a new starter and needs a uniform this week. FabricForge's bulk service is printed in-house, on our own presses, by our own team — which means we control the timeline instead of waiting on a container ship. Typical total turnaround, proof-to-doorstep, is 2-4 working days even at several hundred units — production itself is completed in as little as 2 days once your design is approved.

T-Shirt Pricing, By the Numbers

Pricing drops as quantity rises. These prices reflect real UK print and delivery costs plus the genuine value of a 2-day in-house turnaround — not a race-to-the-bottom rate that can't actually be sustained.

Quantity Price per shirt
1 – 4 £16.00
5 – 19 £12.50
20 – 99 £10.50
100 – 249 £9.50
250 – 499 £8.75
500 – 999 £8.25
1,000 – 4,999 £8.00
5,000+ £7.50

Prices shown are per shirt, ex-VAT, for a single-colour or full-colour DTF print in one design position, including UK delivery. Multiple print positions (front and back, for example) are quoted separately — ask when you enquire and we'll give you one clear number.

How Delivery Works — and Why It's Cheap at Real Volume

Smaller orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked; once an order is large enough to fill a bigger parcel or a Parcelforce consignment, the delivery cost per shirt drops sharply because postage is charged by parcel, not by item — a box of 100 shirts costs barely more to send than a box of 20. That's exactly why our pricing gets meaningfully cheaper per shirt as quantity rises, and why every tier above is priced to reflect real, sustainable UK delivery costs rather than an unrealistic flat rate.

Who Orders Bulk From Us

What We Need From You to Quote

  1. Quantity — an exact number, or a realistic range if you're still confirming
  2. Design — a finished file, or just describe the idea and we'll help
  3. Garment colour(s) — mixing colours within one bulk order is no problem
  4. Size breakdown — if it's not a flat run of one size, a rough split is enough to start
  5. Deadline — tell us honestly how soon you need it; we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it

Why DTF Handles Bulk Better Than You'd Expect

Screen printing needs high volume to justify its setup cost, which is why it's traditionally been the default at very high quantities with one-colour designs. DTF doesn't carry that same setup penalty, so it stays genuinely competitive across a much wider range — from a single shirt to several thousand — without a harsh all-or-nothing pricing cliff. It also means full-colour artwork costs the same as one colour, and every shirt in an order can be a different size or colour without slowing production down.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast is turnaround, really?

Production is completed in as little as 2 days once your design is approved. Including delivery, most orders land with the customer in 2-4 working days — even at several hundred units.

Is there a minimum order?

No — order a single shirt or several thousand; pricing simply gets cheaper per shirt as quantity rises.

Can I mix sizes and colours within a bulk order?

Yes — since each shirt is printed individually, mixing sizes and colours within one bulk order is standard practice, not a special request.

Do you outsource bulk orders overseas?

No — every order is printed in-house, on our own equipment, by our own team. That's specifically what lets us turn bulk orders around in days rather than weeks.

Is there a large-order discount beyond 5,000 units?

Get in touch with your exact quantity — very large or recurring orders (for example, an annual school or corporate contract) are quoted individually.

What if my order needs printing on the front and back?

Multiple print positions are quoted as an add-on to the per-shirt price shown — tell us what you need when you enquire and we'll give you one clear total.
