2. We design it and send a free proof. We'll revise it as many times as you need until it's exactly right — every name checked before anything prints.

When to order

For a relaxed run, message us at least 2–3 weeks before the date — that leaves time for the proof, any last-minute name changes, and a size swap if someone orders the wrong fit. Closer to the date is often still possible; message us your deadline and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Sizing & mixing orders

Kids sizes age 3–16 and adult S–5XL, in 14 colours, all mixable within one order — handy when the hen do includes a flower girl or the stag do has a range of builds to cover. Because we print DTF, full colour and multiple names cost no more than a single-colour design.
