What the Spec Means

At 280gsm this is a proper, substantial hoodie — warm and shape-holding wash after wash without being stiff. The 80/20 ring-spun cotton/polyester blend gives a soft cotton face (smooth to wear and to print on) with polyester for shape retention and reduced shrinkage; the brushed-back fleece is the soft, fluffy inner that makes it cosy. A few colours vary: heather grey is 75/25, charcoal 52/48 and smoke shades 70/30 — that's normal for the range.

UK Sizing: How to Choose

Unisex/regular fit sized by chest: XS 34", S 36", M 40", L 44", XL 48", 2XL 52", 3XL 56", 4XL 60", 5XL 62". Measure the fullest part of the chest and match or slightly exceed it. For a relaxed leavers fit worn over a tee, many size up one. For team orders, send us your numbers and we'll help.

Artwork

PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, or vector. Photos print beautifully. Print sits best above the kangaroo pocket — the pocket seam is a raised, multi-layer area, so pressing across it risks patchy adhesion, which is why we keep designs clear of it. Wash Care

Machine wash 30°C inside out, no softener, tumble low, don't iron the print. A well-applied DTF print typically lasts 50–100 washes.

Is a 280gsm hoodie good quality? Yes — 280gsm is the solid mid-heavy standard for leavers and club hoodies: warm, durable, comfortable.

Can you do a full name list on the back? Yes — send the list, we'll lay it out, and you sign off the proof.

Dark hoodies? No problem — DTF's white underbase keeps colours vivid on black and navy.

Kids' sizes? A kids' version of this hoodie exists (JH001J) — ask us for child sizes alongside adults.

Can everyone pick a different colour/size? Yes — send a list and each person gets exactly what they ordered.

Can you print over the front pocket? Best avoided — the seam distorts the print.
